Eating healthy and right is very important after pregnancy. It helps keep your hair healthy too. Avoid stress. Use wide teeth comb, drink plenty of fluids. Take protien rich diet

PriyankaMom of a 6 yr 2 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi, Hairfall after delivery is common. You don't need to worry about it. Just few precautions and you can lessen it. Reason - Due to pregnancy, progesterone hormone level increases. Due to which you observed negligible hairfall. This hormone supports pregnancy and also helps in healthy hair. Hair also have cycle...Hair follows cycle and last dies means sheds. After pregnancy, this hormone level is dropped. The hormones which were not shredding due to progesterone sheds and those who reached emd of cycle. so we feel like we are gonna Bald soon...bcz both old and these new shedding. Chill and let them shed...Just follow below things and see wonder in 2 weeks(And Miracle in 1 month). 1- Donot tie tight ponytail or tight bun. Donot give stress on hair. 2- Use Mamaearth hair oil and hair shampoo.(Everyone saying same bcz its Truth). You can use Mamaearth hair mask too though i used hair shampoo only. 3- Stop using shampoo and conditioner having chemicals. 4- Hiarcut is cool way to reduce hairfall. Baby will not pull hair thats another benefit out of it. please let me known if you need any further explanation or reason kn any points. Sooner the better....Start As early as possible.
