Hello,to control hairfall start including more protein and iron rich food and eat lots of green leafy vegetables and keep yourself hydrated and eat dry fruits and massage your scalp with oil atleast twice in a week you can use indulekha or kesh king oil both are very effective and don't take lots of stress.
