#AskTheExpert hai sir good morning my baby girl 6 weeks old did not pass motion from 2 days and she is looking so dull. is there any medication we can use for the same

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. No problem if baby is passing adequate urine.
If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion
( once in 7 days or 15 times
per day- both conditions are totally normal.

Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food to increase your milk supply
More sucking leads to more milk
