#AskTheExpert ஹலோ hai எனக்கு பால் secration low ஆகிடுச்சு. பாப்பா milk பத்தலை. already am taken milk tablet and powder also so what we do for this problem mam.

A. hi mam, breastfeeding works on demand and supply. so offer plenty of feeds ,the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. but make sure your child latches properly because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply. massage your breasts with coconut oil which help to stimulate milk glands and increase breastmilk supply.
