hi mam ,my baby is 2 month old , my milk supply is very low ,even baby also gets irritated during feeding,so I give formula milk. I have taken 1 lactare tablet every week.but no use plz give me solution .

Shatavari powder you can take three times in the day which would be very good for you to take with warm milk along with a healthy diet plenty of fluids and fibre and proteins will be very helpful so this way you’ll be able to increase your own lactation for the child
