#AskTheExpert hai Mam, I am Kavitha I am pregent with 29 weeks I have craving about raw rice is there any harm eating of raw rice could you please let me know on this

A. in small amount can eat.. Take plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products and a good source of protein . Continue taking iron and folic acid tablets, n calcium tablets is important supplement in pregnancy.
