#AskTheExpert hai mam am hema from wgl i have 2kids 3 and half years boy and 22 months baby since last 2months my hair fall too much increase pls suggest me what can i do.. pls suggest food and hair oiks and shampoo thank you mam

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. ok v f dHair fall is very common after delivery and during pregnancy also sometimes because of harmonal changes it may continue even up to 1 year but ultimately will get back the hair no need to worry

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening I would recommend you to try to have lot of protein rich diet it is advisable that you should go for deep conditioning had treatment and I would recommend you to also try to massage regularly With warm coconut oil
