#AskTheExpert Hai doctor 7 year old kid had puberty symptoms like breast bud pubic hair...now she is 8 years of age...may I know when she will get her periods..we already made test her LH level is 0.483...i am very concerned about her pls help me

because of changed life style especially the food habits the pubberty can be observed very early in kids especially among girls..
this won't affect her health and wellness.
please try to switch to the organic milk.
Don't use packaged and processed food , maida items, excess sugar and salt
