#AskTheExpert h Hello Good Morning, Doctor my baby is 2 months old ,i m giving her breast milk only.,she feeds properly . Doctor should i give her cows milk or formula milk ..Which is the best ??? and in wat proportion should i give??

A. Hello good morning !! Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies. as baby is 2 months old only give exclusive breastmilk or else substitute with formula feed. Cow /buffalo milk is suggested after one year because below one year babies can't digest animals milk. Have milk and diary products, rusk roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, kheema, garlic milk for increasing breastmilk supply. FORMULA quantity depends on baby weight if baby is below 5.5 kg then feed 50-60ml per feed.
