A. yes it is a safe medicine but the proper dose and indication of the medicine is decided only by your treating doctor it will be better you can give in case of fever 3 times a day

A. good morning usually these medicines are not allowed during the period of pregnancy and lactation I would recommend you to confirm with your gynecologist she would be able to guide you better
