#asktheexpert Goood morning sir, My self sujit from Kerala, We have twin child. boy n girl 1 1/2 old My daughter, she is having right kidney hydronephrosis is on follow up going on. one month back she did DTPA scan. As per the result Dr said Kidney function(54 n 46)is good,GFR is 104..and partially PUJ is there. But APD is 20 above and swelling in right kidney. My question is is it required surgery for correcting PUJ or we can put on follow up? and is it resolved it own
