#AskTheExpert Good morning Sir we are planning for a baby. Is it safe to get vaccinated with covid vaccine now or shall we postpone it?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi,you are a couple trying to conceive.covid vaccine is really of a new variety and its side effects are really not known.if you take adequate precautions likely chances of getting infection are less and you can postpone vaccine

but better to wait and watch.
it is safe and best option as you are trying to conceive.
please take healthy and well balanced diet.
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene.
