#AskTheExpert Good morning Sir. This is for my son who is a 9 year old kid.. after waking up in the morning, he starts sneezing the moment he enters the bathroom.. and it continues for five minutes. Generally his paediatrician always prescribes Anti- histamine for any allergic related issue. Is any other alternative for Anti Histamine which can be healthy and at the same time doesnt leave any long impact on my son's health. Thank you

they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations.
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.
when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine
can go for ayurvedic medicines also

No medicine can be given for a very long duration and you have to understand the reason and I believe that your child will certainly going through some kind of an allergy this is a very common allergy so you can’t start with a treatment for allergy as of now
