Dear Mother KMC may be stopped once baby attains a weight of 2.5 KG or gestation of 30 7BC a baby who upon being put in KMC tends to wriggle out pulls limbs out or cries or fusses is no longer in need of KMC minimum duration of 6 to 8 hours should be practised a comfortable chair with adjustable back maybe useful to provide KMC during sleep and restWrite Your Answer Here
