A. hi spiting is normal and common among young babies. so don't worry. just offer frequent and adequate feeds. but do not forget to burp in between and after each feeding. while feeding make sure your child latches properly because sometimes babies drink milk too fast and swallow air with milk which gets trapped in stomach and then at the time of burping or after feeding air comes out with milk which we call spit up.
