Hi Doctor, seems my new baby boy is not digesting properly and occasionally vomits. we are giving 10 minute burfs after each feeding. Any other medicinea we can give??

usually it is normal among young babies to spit up milk in curdy consistency with slow flow after feeding.
so don't worry
offer small and frequent feeds.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
make sure your child latches properly because sometimes babies drink milk too fast and swallow air with milk which gets trapped in stomach and then at the time of burping or after feeding air comes out with milk which we call spit up.
burp your baby well.
as you are nursing mother,eat easy to digest food
maintain good hygiene
