Q.

#AskTheExpert good morning sir my son is 3 months 20 days old.. He is only on breast milk.. I have sufficient breast milk.. but now a days he keeps on chewing his fingers even after feeding.. he does it more during evening.. does it mean breast milk is insufficient?

A. hi mam,if your child pee count is 7 or 8 times in a day then no need to worry about milk supply. because a good urine output indicates that your child is getting enough milk. chewing fingers or hands is natural and common among young babies. they do this to explore their body parts through touching, smelling or tasting and they do this to soothe themselves.
