#asktheexpert good morning sir my self sandeep sharma i am 32 years old my hieght is 5.8 feet and my weight is 55 kg I want to increase my weight what we can do for that please help me

A. Hello Try to include energy dense foods with nutrients like vitamins minerals such as Dates, Anjeer, Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts daily . Add eggs, fish, Sprout, milk , Cheese too for proteins.
