A. it is ok for the baby .Infants may not pass motion daily . It may be 2 to 3 days or may be up to 7 days . No need to use any medication as such but glycerine suppository can be used over the area for lubrication if baby not passed motion for 7 days

A. Some babies pass stools once in four or five days while some pass even more than five times a day which are perfectly normal in breastfed babies. Touch and feel the baby's tummy. If it's hard or the baby is cranky or crying more than usual then u should consult with ur pediatrician. If not u can wait upto seven days. Try to find out why the baby is not sleeping properly. Is it due to external noise? Then try following this. Start playing a mild and soothing music or lullaby during her sleep times. Put the same song every time. After she gets used to it change the songs. By practicing this she will get used to sleep with outside noise. If it is due to frequent peeing and wetting if clothes try using diapers or cloth diapers which will help to keep her dry and ensure a deep sleep for long hours.Or is it due to hunger?
