A. Ideal weight of a 9 months old baby girl should be between 7-9 kgs depending on birth weight and feeding patterns. To help baby gain weight, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, milkshakes with dry fruits, boiled egg, chicken soup, legumes, ghee, banana, avocado and 650-750 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and atleast 1-2 times healthy snacks.
