A. Give protein rich diet...as protien is building unit of our body. Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development and stimulate body growth. Consult your paedritician to rule out underlying cause of underweight and treatment accordingly.
