#AskTheExpert Good morning sir, My baby is about to enter into 5th month. At what time we should start solid foods? My parents are suggesting me to start banana, honey and water. They are asking me to start honey atleast. please suggest me regarding the same.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. not now, wait till 6 month of completion, Continue breastmilk or formual milk till six months..as your babies digestive system is not well Mature.
It's better to give solids after completing six months.take care
