Vritika AroraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello dear there can be multiple reasons for not gaining weight like lack of calcium or iron or wheat allergy or intestinal worms or the baby is having some kind of allergy.
so there is very difficult to say anything without physical examination of the baby.
if the baby is eating food properly but still the weight is not increasing then you must consult with your doctor and get the baby examined properly
