#AskTheExpert Good morning sir my approx 2 years old baby facing constipation problem from chilhood, we are giving her mu out powder from last 1 year but she doesn't have regular poop. but poop is soft. sometimes we see some red skin coming out from anus area. what to do sir? please guide us

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. If your baby seems constipated, consider simple dietary changes: Water or fruit juice. Offer your baby a small amount of water or a daily serving of 100 percent apple, prune or pear juice in addition to usual feedings. These juices contain sorbitol, a sweetener that acts like a laxative.
