#AskTheExpert good morning sir.i am mother of 1 year 9 month old baby.she is suffering with vomiting and motions since 3 days.iam following the bacillus spore and zinc and vomikind.but not controlled.doctor says that it's due to food poisoning.how many days to take reduce it sir.

One thing you can though to help bulken up the stools is by giving a brat diet - banana, rice, apple, sago kheer.give plenty of breastmilk to keep baby hydrated and prevent dehydration.
