#asktheexpert good morning , my 4 year boy child weight is 14-15 kg nd he is not gaining weight , I tried everything like banana -milk,ghee etc... plz help

A. it is good and normal weight. give him well balanced family food inckuding all food groups. also allow him some active plsys outdoors. all the very best .
