#asktheexpert Good morning mam.. my breast milk is coming watery. if I frequently express that time only it comes a little thick but that time quantity is also very less. when I direct feed baby she is taking only foremilk, first few minutes she will suck.. what to do?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 Year agoA. Start taking a lactation supplement which is going to help in boosting your lactation overall this way you will be able to feed your child better with proper milk and I think that is going to be more comforting for the child
