#AskTheExpert hello mam, after delivery how much years breast milk comes out. actully mam i had left feed my baby around 1.4years of his age and now he is 2.7 years old bt my breast feeling milk inside it whenerver i express it comes out n my heaviness gone through.mam is it ok or not

Hi mommy mommy Don’t squeeze it if you have already wean Maintain hydration No need to worry It will correct soon Usually it will correct on its own Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
