Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly maintain hygiene of the eyes and clean it with with clean water. normally simple secrretions should। not occur again and again for which eyes massage is needed. if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. do not use any drops witout medical consultation

It Could be due to tier block tear duct block that happens when the tear duct of the child is blocked in this case I’m going to advise you to do a gentle massage on the nose of your child in between the ice area that is going to help in opening up the blockage
