Back pain is normal in pregnancy .
Take adequate rest and sleep.
Do hot fomenting on the back to get relief from pain.
Do not lift anything heavy and wear comfortable footwear.
Secondly
stomach pain can be due to gas in stomach. But consult your doctor for the proper diagnosis and treatment for the same
