#AskTheExpert Good morning , Dr. my son is of a year I serve him different meals he is not ready to accept he eats only ragi mault which has all grains and nuts how do I change his meal habits ,if I give new food he wil just be without eating it

A. keep trying.. it's difficult but you need to do it. Also make eating time enjoyable, interesting, encourage them to self eating. Eat with him. Try to have meals all members sitting together.
