#AskTheExpert Good morning Dr., My periods are regular but first two days spotting and flow start on third day. cycle is of 7 days is this normal?

A. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then you can experience irregular periods but still check your thyroid profile once empty stomach. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. yes it is normal. some women have 3 days cycle some have 5 days cycle and some have 7 days cycle. so just relax . take healthy diet and include walk or yoga in your routine. just make sure clotting should not be there rest every thing is fine.
