mam for some time now l my periods are scanty but they are regular exact on time only thing they last for two days with optimal flow

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you need to check for pcod ok. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
