Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. As long as your child is eating well and is active and healthy, you nred not worry much about the weight. Your child may have a ectomorph tupe of body meaning a lean build of the body. She may not put weight even if she eats well. If you are still worried please consult your doctor once.
