A. Give her whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Give her fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give her lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give one boiled egg per day. Give peanut butter. Give banana, avocado, pear, apples, etc. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts and raisins. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give chickpeas and green peas.
