Hello sir. My daughter is 5 years and 9 months old and she weighs just 15 kgs and 109 cm in height. She’s very thin and skinny. What should I do for her weight gain

A. Hello mom her weight is slightly on a lower side but if she is active for her age and doing her activities normally and is eating well not to worry . You can give her some milk shakes made With some fresh fruits , dry fruits and nuts, eggs, stuff paranthas with panner or potatoes etc . Millets , dals and legumes and lentils
