#asktheexpert Good morning doctor My baby boy is 4 months old now and from 3 days onwards he has been crying when passing urine, yesterday we took him to a pediatrician he asked us to give 3,4 spoons of water a day for two days and then if the problem continues then he asked us to go for a urine test , but for some reason we didn't feel good to give him water, so we will take him to test tomorrow, is something dangerous if he has urine infection?? I am scared 😟

A. I’ll actually the kids have this issue they cry a lot while urinating and that’s completely normal for that there is no test no medication nothing is required to be given are going to get better over the period from the age of 6 to 7 months but currently if your doctor suggest you to get the test done you may just to be a mind security to know if there is an issue that you need to deal with
