#AskTheExpert Good Morn Doc, My son is a lil over 5 yrs old and currently suffering from viral fever and cough. what diet should I follow to get him better and get his immunity level up?

A. along with the medicine use Mamaearth baby breathe rub for kids. it opens the nasal passage and reduces cough.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this is common after viral infection Some babies may not be taking solid foods because of different reasons you can give fruit juices coconut water butter milk to the baby there will be natural appetizers for the baby as well meet the calories also
