Nmfe Vitamin E cream is a very good option to go for for dry skin so you can regularly apply it on to the skin of the child to begin with at least 2 to 3 times in a day and then gradually reduced down to 3 times in a day it is not a medicate it leave it is just a basic cream which is suitable for all the age groups
