#AskTheExpert going through amniocentesis soon. due to genetic history we both have. Any precautions before or after that should be taken?

Q. Now I am 13weeks pregnant. Already I aborted first one bcoz of neural tube problem. I have a son of 3yrs old now, he also have a genetic problem. We tried to screening baby's growth through CVS but placenta is in posterior. So next choice is to go for amniocentesis.Is this amniocentesis test will yields any problem to my baby?
