#AskTheExpert from yesterday my 6 months ba y having fever.... I had gave dolo drops but still fever.. what should I do can i start the anti biotic

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. If your doctor has diagnosed a bacterial infection they may treat this with antibiotics. Fevers from bacterial infections go away after 1-3 days of taking the correct antibiotic, but may improve even without it.
