there is nothing like 3 time meals
once baby is 6 months of age initiate with liquids like rice dal water
gradually introduce one food at a time

As soon as your child completes the age of six months after that only you can go ahead with giving all kind of complimentary food and feeding to the child try to that it would not be advisable that you give anything else to the child apart from rest of formula feeding
