Fruits and vegetables puriees/mashes - Mashed banana, Steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, apple,chikoo/papaya puriee,idly,ragi porridge, Home made cerelac,sooji, Dalia, oats porridge/kheer. Give adequate water and fluids. If you found any loose motions or allergy after giving any new food then avoid that item.
