#AskTheExpert from 1 month old onwards my baby was not sucking milk from my right breast and now in my right breast milk was gradually decreased now if I pump only 5ml to 10ml milk will only come and in my left breast milk was gradually decreasing now why sir ?now what should I do sir ?

A. hi breastfeeding works on demand and supply. so please offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches,the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil. try to offer less preferred breast first when your child wake up from sleep or he or she is hungry. you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk to increase your breastmilk supply. stay stress free
