you can include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal variety of fruits and veggies, healthy fats - ghee, and recioe options like roti, paratha, rice, daliya, idli, dosa, appe, uttapam, pancake, chila, porridge, paneer, etc.
egg, chicken fish - if non vegetarian.
try to feed on regular intervals after every 2 hours gap and avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
