A. Hi Mom, for good nutrition, you can include a variety of homecooked foods and avoid outside processed, junk food. you can include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal variety of fruits and veggies, healthy fats - ghee, and recioe options like roti, paratha, rice, daliya, idli, dosa, appe, uttapam, pancake, chila, porridge, paneer, etc. egg, chicken fish - if non vegetarian. try to feed on regular intervals after every 2 hours gap and avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

A. hello you should give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also include more nutritious food which can help in the growth of your child and also gve dry fruits and dairy products whch can help child growth
