A. Hello mam As your child is 2 years old so u can give normal home cooked meal to the child A healthy diet includes 2 serving of fresh seasonal fruit 3 to 4 servings of vegetables 3 servings of milk and milk products 3 to 5 servings of cereals like wheat, rice, oats, ragi and pulses that is daal, chana, chola , rajma Avoid excess consumption of chips, chocolate, biscuits and junk food Also include dry fruits , peanuts in the diet

A. hello there is no restriction with what food you can give and you may give your child Everything that you prepare for the family and you can include dry fruits dairy products along with fruits and vegetables which will make it more HEALTHY and nutritious also for the child
