For a 1 year old child you can give any food which is being cooked at your home
In breakfast you can give poha or Upma or veg daliya or vegetable paratha or idli
In lunch and dinner
Roti , sabji and daal or rice daal and sabji
Vegetable khichdi
Or veg pulao
In snacks between meals
Milk or fruits or jaggery and roti or jaggery cheela made with wheat ( this can be taken as bf lunch or dinner too ) or dry fruits ladoo or nuts
Water 5 to 7 glasses per day

Involve your child in family meals to encourage healthy eating and start relishing your family’s staple foods. Keep your baby hydrated hydrated and healthy all day. Good luck and take care.
