NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child three meals in a day and include froods and vegetables and green leafy vegetables rice dal curds e ghee banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi which can all help in the growth of your child and also safe for the baby
