Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..you can give variety of porridges...ragi porridge is best as first food.. mashed ripe banana..steamed apple or pear....even khichdi and dal chawal are best food..avoid sugar and salt till one year..continue breast feeding till minimum two years as per world health organization
