Your 6 month old baby would have only started top feeds. Introduce nutritious recipes like nut purees, Fruit and veggie purees, porridges, fruit milkshakes etc and your child will gain healthy weight.
As for you, start with moderate physical exercise, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, include whole grains and pulses in your diet to lose belly fat.
